About Me
Frank R. Daebelliehn is a passionate advocate and leader in the non-profit sector, focused on supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and amputations. As a retired Sergeant First Class and MBA graduate from Liberty University, Frank oversees programs that serve 600 members nationwide, helping them regain independence and community through adaptive activities like archery, diving, and shooting.
Frank manages two SCID centers and operates a self-sustaining chicken ranch that provides food and a sense of purpose for participants. His advocacy extends to lobbying efforts in Washington, D.C., where he champions veteran accessibility legislation, particularly leveraging the ADA to improve wheelchair accommodations on airlines. His work is supported by a $600,000 budget dedicated to wounded veterans.
A decorated military veteran with numerous commendations, Frank finds his greatest pride in his ten children and thirty grandchildren, whom he considers his life's most meaningful achievement. In his downtime, he enjoys diving and restoring automobiles, hobbies that reflect his hands-on, resilient spirit.
Looking forward, Frank’s goal is to slow down and enjoy retirement, while remaining guided by his lifelong philosophy: “God First.”
