About Me
James C. Bosch is a seasoned executive in the agriculture industry, currently leading U.S. and Canadian operations for Advanta Seeds, an India-based agricultural group with a global footprint. With a proven track record in management, supply chain optimization, and strategic turnarounds, James also plays a key role in managing the Dubai team, reinforcing international collaboration and performance.
He holds an EMBA from the University of Texas (2005) and a Master’s in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M (1995). Prior to his role at Advanta, James built his foundation at Monsanto, where he led a high-performing agronomy sales team and earned the Triple Nickel Award three years in a row for outstanding contributions.
Deeply committed to both career and family, James takes great pride in raising three boys and a daughter while navigating multiple relocations. His work continues to reflect a passion for the agriculture and nutrient space, underpinned by strong leadership in sales and operational growth.
An active member of the American Seed Trade Association and the Western Seed Association, James also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, further demonstrating his community-minded approach.
Outside the office, he enjoys gardening, coaching or attending swim meets with his kids, and playing softball, embodying a well-rounded approach to leadership and life.
