Jd Walter is a workforce strategist and executive coach, specializing in shared services, high-performance talent development, emotional agility, and peak performance coaching. With a PhD in Public Administration from Walden University (2019), he integrates leadership, strategic thinking, and psychological operations (PsyOps) to enhance candidate sourcing, business development, and team performance across industries.
A former Public Affairs Officer in the U.S. Navy, Jd has received three Navy Commendations, three Good Conduct Medals, and the Expert Rifleman/Pistol Shooter Award. His dedication to workforce development and leadership education has earned him multiple teaching awards, including The Stephen Shank Award from Capella University. He is actively involved in the Shared Leadership Research Coalition and the Chamber of Commerce, contributing thought leadership through his PhD dissertation and published blogs.
Beyond his career, Jd enjoys golfing and scuba diving with his wife, Claire. He takes great pride in his adaptability and ability to help others reach their full potential. Looking ahead, he aims to expand workforce learning and development solutions beyond the federal sector into corporate environments, advocating for innovative strategies to build high-performing teams and ignite peak workforce performance.
