Jonathan S. Maddock is a seasoned executive in engineering services, with a distinguished background supporting the U.S. Army, foreign military alliances, and high-level defense initiatives, including cybersecurity and perimeter defense. His work spans culturally and politically complex regions, such as the Middle East, where he’s sat at the table with Jordanian 1- to 3-star generals, navigating projects with sensitivity to international, cultural, and religious dynamics.
Specializing in systems engineering and cross-disciplinary leadership, Jonathan has led organizational transformation efforts and helped develop elite defense teams focused on mission-critical operations. He is currently completing his JD at Purdue Global, graduating summa cum laude in December 2024, combining legal insight with technical command.
Jonathan is most proud of his family’s diversity and growth, the expansion of his company, and the ethical foundation he brings to leadership—"doing the right thing even when no one is watching." A proud father of two competitive swimmers, he spends much of his free time at swim meets and cheering for Purdue University sports.
Dedicated to legacy and values, he honors his father, Duane T. Maddock, who inspired his commitment to hard work, perseverance, and humility. In fact, Jonathan even hired his father, showcasing the trust and respect he brings into every circle of leadership.
