Joseph P. Joyce is a dedicated nonprofit leader committed to advancing education, advocacy, and resources for individuals with autism and other special needs. A Penn State MBA, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Autism Society of America since 2012 and as chairman from 2016 to 2021. Through his leadership with the Keystone Community Foundation, Mr. Joyce has helped raise more than two million dollars over the past decade to support autism related initiatives nationwide, including direct funding for organizations such as the Down Syndrome Center of Louisville and Susquehanna Service Dogs. He also serves in leadership roles with the Autism Science Foundation, the National Down Syndrome Society, and local organizations in Pennsylvania. Professionally known for strong people management, Mr. Joyce is driven by personal purpose as the father of children affected by Down syndrome and autism. He remains focused on expanding awareness and resources within the autism community at the executive level.
