Joseph W. Mattingley is the Chief Executive Officer in the electric industry, where he leads executive and operations teams while driving strategic initiatives in lobbying, municipal partnerships, solar and electric solutions, and future expansions into HVAC and plumbing. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Columbia College, he brings expertise in relationship building and Entrepreneur Operating Systems (EOS) to guide growth and partnerships across international markets. A Gold Board Member of the National Rural Electricity Co-op Association since 2006, Joseph is also an accomplished international equestrian athlete, having represented the U.S. Equestrian Team six times. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, he values service, integrity, and leadership, and actively supports his community through organizations such as the Northwest Illinois Development Council and CDFG. Most proud of his wife, Michelle, and their son, he balances his professional achievements with family time and life on the farm. Looking ahead, Joseph remains dedicated to staying engaged in the industry and helping others succeed.
