About Me
Kevin M. Kotcamp is a seasoned business leader overseeing a portfolio of brands specializing in purpose-built work vehicles used by FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and others. His work spans fleet optimization, cargo management, and ship-through services, with hands-on involvement in sales reviews and strategic planning across North America.
Kevin’s career began in his father’s parts shop, eventually leading him to spearhead a complete turnaround of an aftermarket company, scaling it from $8 million to $72 million. He is proud to have mentored 38 direct reports, 16 of whom have advanced into leadership roles.
He holds a Certified HR Manager designation from Villanova University and has earned accolades such as the AutoZone Presidents Club Award and the CEO Equity Award from The Shyft Group.
Outside of work, Kevin has played guitar for over three decades, with a love for both metal and wood instruments. He credits mentors Bill Healy and John Dunn for shaping his leadership path. With a focus on diligence, persistence, and growth, Kevin aims to continue advancing his career while developing high-performance teams.
