Kgomotso “Kay” Hargraves is a seasoned banking professional specializing in the prevention of financial crimes, including money laundering and terrorist financing, through the implementation of sophisticated control systems. With an MBA focused on Accounting Information Systems and Finance, she collaborates closely with governmental regulatory agencies, utilizing machine learning and advanced technology to ensure compliance with the law. Kgomotso is dedicated to community service as a leadership coach at Spellman College and has received several internal awards for her contributions in the field. Passionate about sharing her faith, writing, and spending quality time with her family, she is married to Brian Hargraves, who has been a significant source of support in her life and career. Together, they have three children: a 17-year-old son, a 15-year-old daughter, and an 18-year-old adopted daughter.
