Kiera R. Hudson is a dedicated professional in city government focused on advancing affordable housing and community development. She is responsible for acquiring property, supporting AMI initiatives and consulting with senior leadership to ensure policies and services benefit residents. Kiera brings deep expertise in organizational behavior and leadership along with a passion for public service. She earned a master’s degree in media arts technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2018. Her community involvement includes active participation in the NAACP, RocX Advocacy and the Professional Women’s Association and she holds a parliamentarian certification. Kiera’s proudest accomplishment is being a devoted mother to her two daughters and achieving recognition as the youngest Black executive assistant for four years in her department. Motivated by strong faith and a belief in equal access to opportunity she aims to ensure every resident has a fair chance to thrive while continuing her lifelong commitment to learning and service.
