Kimberly Forcade is a consulting professional recognized for her expertise in service operations, field and home appliance management, and turnaround strategy. With a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Roosevelt University, she has built a career defined by leadership, problem-solving, and people development. A Six Sigma Black Belt and former member of NAPW, Kimberly has held director-level roles at Sears, where she was instrumental in operational improvements and talent development initiatives. She established IEG and played a key role in three successful mergers and acquisitions, reflecting her ability to drive growth and transformation. Guided by strong values instilled by her late mother, Diann Forcade, and her first mentor, Mike Duquett, Kimberly leads with integrity and commitment.
