About Me
Kristina Gray, MBA, is an accomplished healthcare executive and current Vice President at a Community Access Hospital, bringing over 21 years of experience in advancing healthcare leadership, clinical operations, and academic programming. Since stepping into her VP role in November 2022, Kristina has played a pivotal role in reviewing clinical studies, supporting GME initiatives, and most notably, spearheading the launch of new Fellowship Programs beginning this year.
She holds an MBA and is on track to complete her PhD in Leadership from Louisiana Baptist University in December 2025. Her professional affiliations reflect her industry influence, including leadership roles with ACHE (Chairman of the Louisiana Mentorship Program), PWHC (Board Member), MGMA, the International Society of Female Professionals, and the National Association of Medical Staff Services.
Kristina’s career is marked by a remarkable ability to revitalize healthcare organizations—turning around 12 companies, impacting 96 departments, and supporting 1,380 employees, all while generating substantial growth and revenue. She was recently honored with the 2024 Athena Award by the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce and is featured in Marquis Who's Who.
What she is most proud of, however, is deeply personal: raising one biological child and 22 foster children, all of whom have successfully entered the medical or IT fields. An advocate for youth empowerment, Kristina’s guiding principle is perseverance—“Show the kids it can be achieved.” Outside of work, she enjoys painting and rescuing animals, living out her values of compassion, leadership, and service every day.
