Lazara Hurd is a global asset management and telecom investment leader whose work supports landlords within the wireless infrastructure industry while driving monetization strategies across twenty three countries from Europe to Australia. Known for building high performing teams and empowering others to excel, she has achieved significant success through determination, curiosity, and learning from top business visionaries early in her career including Publix founder George Jenkins and Blockbuster leader Wayne Huizenga. Lazara proudly volunteers as a board member of Jesus Girls Rock in Dallas Texas an organization devoted to helping young professional women succeed. She also teaches negotiation for women’s leadership programs at Atlantic University reflecting her commitment to mentorship and career growth for emerging executives. She has earned multiple internal achievement awards and continues to expand her influence in the telecom industry. Outside of work she enjoys traveling cooking and creating meaningful connections that support professional advancement for women in business.
