Lewis Taylor is the CEO of a dynamic consulting and executive coaching firm, specializing in go-to-market strategies and customer experience enhancement on an international scale. With a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Texas State University, he has a wealth of expertise in project management, digital engagement, and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey. Notably, Lewis spearheaded Cisco's remarkable growth from $3 billion to $4 billion in just two years and has received multiple accolades, including the Bronze Star and recognition as the 2022 Top Black Executive by the Black Business Journal. His published works include an article in the Wall Street Journal in 2019. Passionate about giving back, Lewis aims to assist veterans in re-entering the workforce and serves as a pro-bono coach for mid-career executives.
