Majlinda Brewton, MS, is a dedicated leader in healthcare and commercial laundry services with expertise in environmental services (EVS), safety, and quality management. Overseeing a 90-member team, she manages housecleaning, linen programs, hazardous materials, and patient safety initiatives, contributing to national healthcare operations. Currently pursuing her MS in Healthcare Administration at Grand Canyon University (to be conferred in December 2024), Majlinda is deeply committed to improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Originally from Albania and shaped by her experiences during the Kosovo War, she has built a transformative career in the United States, which she proudly calls home. A mother of two—her daughter, a musician, and her son, an aspiring engineer—Majlinda enjoys hiking, walking in nature, and sharing Turkish coffee made by her father, "the best coffee maker in the world." Aspiring to executive-level leadership, she aims to foster sustainability and excellence in EVS and healthcare systems, guided by her passion for patient safety, collaboration, and innovation.
