Marie Julie Boudreau Klymas is a healthcare executive and nurse leader serving as chief nurse executive and vice president of patient care services at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center. In this role, she oversees all nursing services and patient care delivery across the hospital, The Courtyard of Natchitoches, and the NRMC clinic network. A registered nurse and acute care nurse practitioner, she is recognized for grounded leadership and her ability to connect with employees and stakeholders at every level. Her background includes experience as an emergency and trauma nurse, which continues to inform her patient centered approach to care. Ms. Boudreau Klymas has contributed to the field through published work in Nursing Economics, including research demonstrating significant reductions in heart failure outcomes impacting hundreds of thousands of patients. She holds advanced education in systems leadership in healthcare and remains actively involved in professional nursing organizations. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, reading, and woodcarving.
