Mark Collins is a global healthcare leader overseeing a comprehensive skin graft product portfolio—managing pricing on 68 products, directing distribution, manufacturing alignment, inventory, and personally signing and negotiating more than 3,000 contracts with hospital systems and group purchasing organizations. He leads a 10-person team, supports RFP strategy, and serves on the Senior Leadership Team and SOX Compliance Committee, where his expertise in strategic resourcing and governance drives performance and accountability.
Mark holds an MS in Strategic Resourcing & Supply Chain from Florida Tech (2011) and earned the Strategic Sourcing Award from HealthTrust Performance Group (2015). Outside the boardroom, he is a helicopter pilot and instructor and is on track to complete fixed-wing certification in October 2025.
Most proud of being a father of four, Mark credits mentor Ralph Floyd—and the example of his helicopter-pilot father—for shaping his leadership style.
