Mark F. Hayes is a funeral service professional with nearly two decades of experience in the funeral and cremation industry. He provides a wide range of services including funeral office rentals, embalming, crematory operations with a small chapel, assistant mortician services, and certified tissue donation coordination through Gift of Hope. Serving communities across five counties, Mr. Hayes is dedicated to helping families navigate difficult times with compassion, professionalism, and respect. He is certified in tissue donation coordination and maintains active affiliations with the National Funeral Association, Illinois Funeral Association, Kalcan, and the Knights of Columbus. In addition to his professional work, he volunteers through the Knights of Columbus and the Lions Club, including supporting local baseball teams. Mr. Hayes has been recognized as a fourth degree Knight and received Chamber of Commerce Man of the Year honors in 2018 and 2019. He remains focused on achieving his goal of owning his own funeral home building.
