Mathew R. Carrico is a human resources and administrative leader with more than 23 years of experience driving organizational transformation, workforce planning, and global HR strategy. He most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at DrFirst, Inc., following senior leadership roles including Chief Human Resources Officer at Salisbury Management and Executive Director of Global Human Resources Transformation at Laureate International Universities. Throughout his career, he has built and led high performing HR functions across international organizations, with earlier roles at Realterm Global and as Talent Director for North America at CML Healthcare.
