Mike Lowry, a leading figure in the Health, Wealth and Life industries, oversees a support organization catering to major companies such as Elevance Health and CVS. With a bachelor’s degree in organizational development/human resource management from Geneva College, Mike brings extensive expertise to his role, his core competencies include exceeding both top line revenue and bottom-line profit, creating and developing teams, setting up and organizing profit centers and supporting departments, developing staffing models, sales and incentive plans, and goals and designing market strategies. He leads the company's P&L and oversees the delivery of innovative and customized solutions for our clients, including sales, compliance, secret shopper, agent support, client services, and retention. His company also offers a full BPO tech stack for new and growing companies in the industry.
