About Me
Mitch Mann is a seasoned healthcare executive with deep expertise in leadership and team development. As part of his role in the prescription benefits space, he partners closely with HR teams to design and deliver prescription benefits plans for employers nationwide, always focusing on how to achieve meaningful, measurable results for employees.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from SUNY Buffalo (1986), Mitch has built a career rooted in service, strong values, and a commitment to making a difference in the lives he touches — from his own team members to the clients he serves. He has contributed thought leadership through webinars on effective leadership and credits his success to hard work, mentorship, and a continuous growth mindset.
Throughout his career — including his years at Express Scripts — Mitch has earned multiple accolades, such as the Arizona Top Workplace Award (five times). He is especially proud of his family, celebrating 37 years of marriage to his wife Debbie, raising four children, and enjoying time with their granddaughter.
An active member of Execs in the Know and other technical associations, Mitch values humility and servant leadership as the keys to creating an environment where people can thrive. His future goals focus on mentoring others and continuing to make a lasting difference wherever he can.
