Monique Ferguson is an accomplished consultant in software and technology, specializing in engineering, program management, and strategic partnerships for both non-profit and Fortune 500 organizations, including leaders in the defense industry like Raytheon and Honeywell. As the first Black woman to earn an electrical engineering degree from the University of Michigan (1996), paired with an MBA in Technology Management, Monique combines technical expertise with business acumen to deliver impactful solutions internationally.
