Natasha Lee is a dynamic leader in the healthcare staffing industry, recognized for her innovative approach to business growth and team development. As a senior executive, she oversees commercial staffing operations nationwide, guiding finance, sales, and strategic initiatives with a focus on leadership excellence and organizational innovation. Natasha attended Francis Marion College after graduating from South Florence High School and has since built a remarkable career grounded in mentorship and results. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Minority Business Council and is active in the Charleston Chamber of Commerce, SIA, and NALTO. Her volunteer work includes fundraising and support for Low Country Orphan Relief Center, My Sister’s House, and Palmetto Goodwill. Honored twice among the Staffing 100 of North America, she has also received the Power 150 and Best Places to Work awards.
