Nick Sekerak, CAE, is a construction industry leader and expert in bridge building, known for his hands-on approach to estimating, operations, and project execution. With a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from the University of Toledo (2004), Nick has played a transformative role in expanding his company’s operations—from $400,000 to $58 million in just six years, including managing Florida mega projects valued at $100 million each.
As the creator of the company’s bridge division, Nick now oversees five superintendents and two project managers, driving projects across Ohio to West Virginia for the Department of Transportation (DOT). Under his leadership, the bridge division has become the company’s top-performing unit in both revenue and safety, proudly operating with zero OSHA violations.
Nick is deeply proud of his work ethic, problem-solving skills, and commitment to mentoring—having elevated two junior managers into leadership roles. Outside of work, he’s an outdoorsman who enjoys deer hunting and hiking with his family, and is actively involved in supporting his children’s athletic teams and school events.
Looking ahead, Nick’s ambition is to launch his own construction company, continuing to innovate and lead in the field he’s passionate about. His philosophy centers on one key principle: “The ability to solve problems.”
