Paul Estep is a seasoned expert in military DOD contracting, specializing in guidance solutions and systems for the Department of Defense (DOD). With a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management from the University of Phoenix (2009), he has built a distinguished career in project management, defense systems, logistics, and operational efficiency. His expertise extends to business development capture efforts, military contract budget reviews, and risk assessment.
A former COSI-certified professional, Paul has contributed to advancing defense technology, including developing alternate chemical-based fuel for torpedoes to enhance safety for sailors. His military service has been recognized with multiple honors, including the Meritorious Service Medal, National Defense During Wartime Awards, and four Army Commendations.
Beyond his professional achievements, Paul takes the most pride in his family, celebrating 19 years of marriage to his wife, Marcy, and their four children and four grandchildren. An avid boater, he values time on the water as a personal retreat.
