Perry C. Rucker is an accomplished executive in logistics and manufacturing with expertise spanning aerospace, transportation, marine, and defense. A graduate of the New York Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in electronics, he has built a career on revitalizing organizations and driving large-scale growth. As a leader, he is most proud of transforming AAA from a small firm into one of the nation’s largest companies in bus, rail, aerospace, and defense, increasing revenue from $6 million to $40 million. A keynote speaker on workforce development, Rucker is deeply engaged in community service through the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, St. Jude’s, the Boy Scouts of America, and the Hispanic/Latino community. Guided by his philosophy of creativity, collaboration, and giving people a voice, he is committed to ensuring the lasting legacy of AAA while continuing to build strong teams and sustainable futures.
