Rahesha Amon serves as the Chief Executive Officer of City Teaching Alliance, a national non-profit focused on remote and hybrid learning and educational leadership training. Under her leadership, the organization offers cost-effective educational programs and has expanded to Philadelphia, Dallas, Baltimore, and DC. Rahesha, who holds a Doctorate in Leadership Education and Information Technology from NYU, is known for her expertise in business development, innovation, and strategic thinking. She is affiliated with Phi Delta Kappa, NABSE, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. Her published works include influential books on leadership and supervision. Recognized as a Distinguished Alumni of NCCU and a recipient of a research award, Rahesha is dedicated to her mentors, her parents, and her daughter Savannah, who is embarking on her college journey. Looking ahead, Rahesha aspires to become a dean of a school of education, driven by her belief in the importance of education despite its challenges.
