Rahshaan Engrum, DBA, is a technology executive with extensive expertise in program management, operational oversight, and cybersecurity. A retired U.S. Coast Guard Lieutenant Commander with 20 years of distinguished service, he earned his MBA in 2003 and Doctorate in Business Administration in 2011 from the National Graduate School. Throughout his career, Rahshaan has consistently advanced, earning promotions every two years over the past eight years to reach the executive level he holds today. In addition to his professional achievements, he has shared his knowledge as an adjunct professor at Baypark University and remains active in his community as a board member of 100 Black Men of Prince George’s County, as well as through Kappa Alpha Psi and the Coast Guard Academy Alumni Association. He takes the greatest pride in seeing his employees succeed, guided by his philosophy of preparation, perseverance, and a willingness to “get his hands dirty” to get the job done. Outside of work, Rahshaan enjoys golf, motorcycle riding, and traveling.
