Richard Berrouet is the Security Chief for CSIS, overseeing security operations across all Citibank buildings in Texas. His responsibilities include approving access, developing and implementing security protocols, and addressing potential physical and cybersecurity breaches. With an MA in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Texas A&M, Richard brings expertise in communications and strategic operations to his role. His career accomplishments include leading troops in Iraq, where he notably achieved the rare feat of returning more soldiers than initially deployed. A dedicated family man and volunteer coach, Richard is committed to treating everyone with equal respect, embodying his philosophy of inclusivity and success for all.
