Rick Kemsley, COO, is an accomplished operations executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning technology, business operations, and organizational growth. In his current role with a national law firm, he oversees all aspects of operations, including marketing, information technology, payroll, and human resources. Mr. Kemsley earned his bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University and further enhanced his executive leadership skills through a C Level program at Wharton. Throughout his career, he has successfully founded and operated two companies and is recognized for growing organizations from small startups into thriving enterprises, including expanding one company from three employees to 250 employees worldwide. Beyond his business achievements, he takes great pride in mentoring others, including students from his Taekwondo school who have gone on to achieve remarkable success. A fifth degree black belt in Taekwondo and an avid boater and water skier, Mr. Kemsley remains focused on future opportunities in fractional C Level leadership and organizational development.
