His experience includes leadership roles in major asset retirement and closure programs across North America and Western Australia. Mr. Sanchez has led initiatives that generated millions in operational savings while improving efficiency, safety performance, and environmental outcomes. He is passionate about mentoring the next generation of professionals and supporting organizations such as the Police Activity League and the American Cancer Society, and continues to grow his business with the support of his wife, Nicole “Nickie” Sanchez.
