Sadaf Rashad is a physician leader in healthcare management with deep expertise in strategy, team building, and oncology operations. She holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from All Saints University School of Medicine and has built a career at the intersection of clinical care and operational excellence. Dr. Rashad played a pivotal role at The Oncology Institute, where she successfully automated previously paper based systems and built two critical departments from the ground up, including utilization management and blood transfusion services. These initiatives transformed workflows and strengthened patient care delivery. She is also a published contributor to the field, with more than 15 publications, many focused on clinical cancer research.
