Saikou Amadou Diallo is the Head of the National Archives Agency in Guinea, where he focuses on restoring and leading the institution through digital transformation. With a PhD in economics, he has a robust background in implementing and operationalizing policies, statistical and policy analysis. Saikou has previously served as Chief of Staff in the Prime Minister’s Cabinet in Guinea, and played a key role in establishing Ghana’s State Interests of Government Agency and strengthening the National Agency for Fight Against Corruption and Promotion of Good Governance. His career includes roles as an economist and policy analyst in Canada and the USA, and as a consultant for the Government of Ghana. Saikou enjoys watching news and sports, and is dedicated to advancing his field and leading his agency into a new digital era.
