Sam Hulme is a seasoned executive and CEO in the fulfillment industry, known for driving innovation and growth in post-pandemic logistics. With a strong background in business management from Rider College, he leads a multi-site fulfillment operation that delivers within two to three days and serves both established and start-up companies without minimum order requirements. Under his leadership, the company has expanded internationally and developed strong partnerships with last-mile carriers through its UMI initiative. Sam’s experience includes overseeing P&L operations, managing private equity-backed ventures, and guiding organizations through complex logistical transformations. He takes pride in fostering teamwork and creating a culture centered on partnership rather than service provision.
