A high-achieving graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison with honors in International Relations, Political Science, and Spanish, Sara further enriched her global perspective through a study abroad program in Seville, Spain. During her university years, she was an active member of Alpha Chi Omega, serving as Chair of the Panhellenic Society and leading impactful philanthropic initiatives.
Sara's professional journey includes significant leadership roles at MannKind, Nalu Medical, Axonics (now part of Boston Scientific), and Medtronic. In these positions, she championed innovative growth and was instrumental in launching enterprise-wide professional resource groups such as “WomanKind,” dedicated to advancing women in business. Recently, Sara has expanded her impact by launching her own Executive Sales Consulting Business, where she partners with organizations to elevate sales performance, drive strategic transformation, and mentor emerging leaders.
Beyond her professional life, Sara is deeply committed to service, actively supporting the Wounded Warrior Project and the Junior League of Minneapolis. Her leadership is characterized by a global outlook, and she is consistently inspired by her daughters, Megan and Morgan. Sara's unwavering commitment to excellence, strategic approach to team development, and proven success in diverse markets, including disruptive therapies, innovative technology, and medical devices, continue to set new leadership standards globally.
