Shirley earned her MBA from Western Governors University in 2015 and currently serves as president-elect and fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives Missouri chapter. Shirley’s professional philosophy centers on continuous improvement, guided by her personal motto, “Better today than yesterday.” Beyond her career, she enjoys reading historical non-fiction and biographies, running, and working out.
