Hello
Spencer Alan Mason
VP of Operations
San Antonio, TX
About Me
Spencer Alan Mason is a dynamic leader in the automotive franchise industry, overseeing operations across 40 stores nationwide. Known for his expertise in operational efficiency, relational leadership, and real estate strategy, Spencer combines a hands-on approach with strong financial acumen—shaped by credentials from Harvard Business Online (Leadership) and the Wharton School of Business (Financial Acumen). A U.S. military veteran, he served three years repairing C-130 aircraft, bringing discipline and technical skill to his executive career.
Currently operating under a private equity parent company in New York, Spencer manages responsibilities spanning oil change operations, proforma development, real estate scouting, and mass communications, all while staying grounded in relationship-building and team empowerment.
A proud father, Spencer’s greatest joy comes from his two children, Kingston and Sariayah, and his future wife, whom he credits as central to his purpose. Outside of work, he enjoys playing sports, restoring classic cars like his 1972 Grand Torino, and engaging with his kids on the trampoline. Once a child model, he appeared in Health Magazine and on Macy’s stage walks.
Spencer is a Rookie of the Year and Triple Crown recipient, and actively supports his community through organizations like Alamo Leaders, Haven for Hope, and the San Antonio Food Bank. Looking forward, his goals are to become a CEO and retire by age 50. Guided by the wisdom of his grandfather, Alan Mason, CEO of K-LOVE, Spencer leads with humility, vulnerability, and a deep belief in asking his team for insight and growing together.
