Tim McGinnis is the chief executive officer of a leading consultancy specializing in advanced technology and surveillance solutions for state, local, and international clients. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, he brings decades of experience and leadership to his role. Tim’s company provides cutting-edge services in covert and overt operations, including audio, telephony, digital-to-AI transitions, and license plate recognition systems. Before entering the private sector, he dedicated twenty-six years to the United States government and served twenty-two years in the Coast Guard Reserve, attaining the rank of Chief Warrant Officer. His extensive background in technical surveillance and intelligence operations has earned him recognition for innovation and dependability. A member of the National Technical Investigators Association and formerly ASIS, Tim continues to stay actively engaged in his field. Outside of work, he enjoys photography and lives by the principles of hard work, dedication, and perseverance.
