With over 13 years of experience in LIHTC programs, HUD Section 8, and affordable housing initiatives, she is the Founder and Owner of SCT Compliance LLC (established in 2018), where she oversees compliance for low-income housing portfolios, consults for developers and managing agents, and streamlines leasing strategies.
A graduate of NYC Technical College, CUNY (2004) with a degree in Architectural Technology, Viviana holds multiple certifications, including TCS, COS, and BOS, and is set to earn recognition from the National Association of Housing Realty. She takes the most pride in the person she has become today, guided by a strong work ethic and a drive for continuous growth.
