Wendy Poage, MHA, is an accomplished healthcare executive with a French-based pharmaceutical company, leading patient-facing initiatives and overseeing acquisitions, market analysis, and enterprise-wide projects. She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Webster University and brings a diverse background in academic medicine, patient advocacy, and rare diseases.

Recognized as a Reuters Patient Champion, Wendy is passionate about improving patients’ lives and mentoring future patient advocates. She is active with the Boston Women’s Club, Women’s Professional Group, and MassBio, and volunteers with pediatric and cancer-focused organizations.

Outside of work, she cherishes time with her three granddaughters. Wendy’s philosophy centers on building strong, diverse teams to drive meaningful change for patients.
