William Wilson is a seasoned leader in the cleaning and janitorial industry with extensive expertise in safety, regulatory compliance, and loss prevention. Managing a fleet of seventy vehicles, he oversees a large operational team that services major corporations, including Boeing. His background in business management, psychology, and marketing from Henderson State University has helped him develop strong people-management and mentoring skills, allowing him to build efficient, high-performing teams. William’s leadership was instrumental after Hurricane Katrina, where he became a trusted advisor in asset protection and authored key strategies in loss prevention. A former baseball player and lifelong athlete, he brings discipline, teamwork, and resilience to every role he takes on. He proudly celebrates his son’s eighteen-year career in the U.S. Air Force, where he serves in safety and is soon to become a Master Sergeant. Outside of work, William enjoys softball and spending quality time with his grandchildren.
