Her career spans multiple leadership roles within real estate and lending. From 1993 to 2006, Ms. Copeland served as co owner and general manager of Jones Healy Inc. Realtors, where she oversaw operations, led teams of professionals, and managed numerous successful transactions. Earlier in her career, she worked as a closer for a local title company for more than a decade, gaining valuable experience that continues to inform her work today.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Copeland has remained deeply committed to civic engagement. She spent more than five years as a board member of the Pueblo Association of Realtors and has been an active member of Pueblo Rotary Club 43 since 2010. She also serves on advisory boards for the Salvation Army and Pueblo Community College and volunteers with PAWS Animal Shelter, reflecting her dedication to giving back to the community she serves.
