With a career that includes roles at General Motors and American Greetings, Mr. Mata brings extensive experience in human capital strategy and operational leadership. His academic credentials include a Master’s degree in human resources from Penn State University, a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, and completion of the CHRO Program at Wharton.
Mr. Mata remains actively engaged in professional and civic initiatives. He is affiliated with SHRM and Vistage and serves on the Board of Directors of El Centro Hispáno in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He is also committed to philanthropy alongside his wife, a nurse, and values giving back through community service.
