Dr. Miles H. Fuller – VP, Transformation

Dr. Miles H. Fuller has established himself over the past decade as a leader in energy and technology transformation, beginning his career as a consultant with Boston Consulting Group and more recently serving on the senior leadership team at Westinghouse Electric Company. In his current role, he contributes to advancing safe, innovative, and scalable nuclear technologies that support global energy security and decarbonization. Westinghouse, one of the world’s leading providers of nuclear technology, delivers advanced reactor designs, fuel, automation systems, and comprehensive services to utilities worldwide.

Through his leadership, Dr. Fuller supports initiatives that strengthen the reliability, resilience, and long-term sustainability of critical energy infrastructure. His expertise in strategy, operations, and transformation enables large-scale programs that enhance quality, safety, and execution across complex, global environments.

Dr. Fuller earned a doctoral degree in biomedical sciences from Northwestern University. He has published research in a variety of international peer-reviewed journals across cancer biology, metabolic, molecular, and other biological disciplines. His academic work has been recognized on the national stage through multiple research awards and grant funding, including an American Heart Association Fellowship.

In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Fuller is deeply engaged in community and industry leadership. Since 2022, he has served as a strategic advisor to the American Association for Blacks in Energy (AABE) and, as of 2026, joined its Board of Directors. He also serves as a strategic advisor and anchor investor to G5 Gives Back, an Atlanta-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting low-income and at-risk families in southwest Atlanta by addressing near-term financial challenges, food insecurity, and access to educational resources for young children.

Dr. Fuller attributes much of his success to the relationships and mentorship that have shaped his journey. He dedicates this recognition to his parents, Nettie Fuller and retired Lieutenant Colonel Gary Fuller (U.S. Army), and remains committed to paying forward the guidance and support he received throughout his academic and professional career.

Outside of his professional work, Dr. Fuller enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and supporting minority-owned ventures and nonprofit organizations through investment and advisory roles.

Looking ahead, Dr. Fuller plans to continue advancing the role of nuclear energy in a rapidly evolving global landscape while exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence and infrastructure development. Guided by a philosophy centered on collaboration and lifelong learning, he believes that expanding perspectives and building strong partnerships are essential to driving meaningful impact.
