As Managing Director and Global Head of Operational Excellence at JLL, a leading commercial real estate services firm, Ms. Sealy spearheads initiatives that modernize and streamline client operations. Her strategic oversight helps implement integrated workplace solutions tailored to meet evolving global business needs. She works closely with clients and internal leaders to ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and results-driven.

Ms. Sealy’s leadership journey at JLL began with her role as Managing Director of Global Transformation, where she played a pivotal role in reshaping the company’s operational model to support long-term growth. Prior to that, she held key leadership positions at XPO Logistics, CBRE (following their acquisition of JCI Global Workplace Solutions), and CHEP, where she built a reputation for fostering high-performance cultures and delivering transformation at scale.

Her early consulting experience with Stonebridge Technologies, PwC, and other major firms laid a foundation in strategic planning, systems implementation, and operations optimization—skills that continue to define her approach today.

Ms. Sealy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in International Business and Computer Science from American University in Washington, D.C. Her continued professional development includes advanced leadership training from INSEAD, the Center for Creative Leadership, and Leadership Orlando. She also holds several respected credentials, including Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional certifications.

An active advocate for women in leadership and workplace innovation, Ms. Sealy mentors emerging professionals through Orlando Women Leaders and contributes to organizations such as the International Facility Management Association and the Executive Council for Leading Change. She also dedicates time to community projects like Edible Education and Harry P. Leu Gardens.
