She most recently transitioned into home health as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management, bringing over 25 years of Revenue Cycle experience in both acute care and ambulatory settings, where she oversees financial operations, revenue cycle management, and billing processes. Working with both private payors and insurance payors across multiple states, she has played a key role in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong financial outcomes. Her expertise encompasses all aspects of financial oversight, with a proven ability to streamline processes and build lasting relationships that strengthen organizational performance.
Mrs. Baggett earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare from the Jack Welch School at Strayer University in 2022. She is affiliated with AAHAM (American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management) and is committed to continued growth in the revenue cycle space. She attributes much of her professional success to the guidance of her mentors as well as the support of her colleagues.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Mrs. Baggett is an active member of her community, serving as Director and Coach of the Powhatan Youth Cheer Association. She enjoys camping with her family at Lake Gaston in North Carolina and participating in equestrian activities.
