She most recently transitioned into home health as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management, bringing over 25 years of Revenue Cycle experience in both acute care and ambulatory settings, where she oversees financial operations, revenue cycle management, and billing processes. Working with both private payors and insurance payors across multiple states, she has played a key role in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong financial outcomes. Her expertise encompasses all aspects of financial oversight, with a proven ability to streamline processes and build lasting relationships that strengthen organizational performance.
Mrs. Baggett earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare from the Jack Welch School at Strayer University in 2022. She is affiliated with AAHAM (American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management) and is committed to continued growth in the revenue cycle space.
