Ms. Fries-Geslin recently launched a new family and primary care practice in Pocatello with a clear mission: to provide high-quality, patient-centered care that is accessible and personalized. Her practice places special emphasis on weight management, diabetes care, and hypertension, while maintaining a commitment to truly listening to her patients and engaging them as active participants in their health journey.

A deeply dedicated healthcare professional, Ms. Fries-Geslin began her nursing career by earning her ASN from Idaho State University, later completing both her BSN and MSN degrees at Walden University. With over 20 years of experience, she has served as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) across a wide range of healthcare environments—including operating rooms, family practice clinics, postpartum units, and women’s correctional facilities.

She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and remains active in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Idaho Nurses Association. Ms. Fries-Geslin is well known for her warm, compassionate care style and for taking the time to treat the whole person—not just their symptoms.

Ms. Fries-Geslin dedicates her work to the memory of her beloved father, Paul Fries, and her brother, Larry Fries, whose unwavering support inspired her lifelong dedication to service. She and her husband, Clark Geslin, have shared 27 years of marriage and are proud parents to four children.

Looking to the future, Ms. Fries-Geslin plans to expand her practice to better serve smaller, underserved communities, with the goal of removing barriers to consistent, high-quality care. Her vision is to bring comprehensive, personalized healthcare to areas where it’s needed most.
