Since assuming leadership in 2025, Mr. Forrest has overseen all facets of Bevara’s operations, including Safe Quality Food and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points compliance, contract negotiations, construction and property development, machinery logistics, and the importation of specialized high pressure processing equipment from Spain. His hands on approach ensures operational excellence while preparing the company for long term growth within an increasingly regulated food safety landscape.

Mr. Forrest brings more than 25 years of experience in food distribution and service, having grown up in a fourth generation family owned business founded by his grandfather, Ernest Graham. That legacy shaped his entrepreneurial mindset and deep respect for quality, integrity, and innovation. Although the family business closed in 2016, the foundation it provided continues to influence his leadership philosophy and commitment to advancing the industry.
