Dr. Kimberly Erdman, Ed.D, RDH, PHDHP, has built a respected career in dentistry and dental hygiene, specializing in supporting patients who face pain, anxiety, and fear due to neglected oral care. Through compassionate communication and patient education, she guides individuals toward improved oral health, emphasizing homecare solutions for gum disease, gingivitis, and chronic cavities.

In September 2025, Dr. Erdman will begin a new role with All On Implants Philadelphia, where she will continue her mission of transforming patient care while advancing clinical excellence in the field of dental hygiene.

Her academic background is extensive, beginning with an associate degree in dental hygiene and a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from the Pennsylvania College of Technology. She went on to earn a master’s degree in dental public health from the Fones’ School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport and later achieved a Doctor of Education in leadership and development from Morgan State University.

Dr. Erdman’s career accomplishments include serving as a professor of dental hygiene at Baltimore City Community College and as academic chair for Montgomery County Community College. She also practiced as Navy civilian dental hygienist at the Washington Navy Yard and at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School, part of Naval Medicine Professional Development Center. During this time as a Navy civilian, she served as a forensic dental technician. Currently, she serves as Vice President of the Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene Association and is an active fellow of both the American Academy of Dental Hygiene and the American Dental Hygiene Association. She also contributes to the National Dental Practice-Based Research Network and the National Society of Leadership and Success.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Erdman is active in her community through Trinity Lighthouse Church. She also values time spent with her nieces and nephews. She credits mentors such as Capt. (RET) Thu P. Getka, DDS, MS, and Col. (RET) Jose E. Colón, DMD, DMSc, for their lasting influence on her career.

Looking ahead, Dr. Erdman remains committed to her new position with All On Implants Philadelphia, where she will expand patient services, supporting patients with compassion, and promoting professional excellence in her field.
