Dr. Renee N. Thompson, DC, founder of Agape Family Chiropractic, is a leading voice in pediatric and perinatal chiropractic care. Based in Arizona, Dr. Thompson blends advanced chiropractic cranial adjustment with a comprehensive, integrative approach that supports the nervous system and promotes whole-body healing.

A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, Dr. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Arts in biology from Anderson University and is Webster Certified. With over 15 years of experience, she has developed a practice deeply rooted in compassion and education. The name “Agape”—the Greek word for unconditional love—captures her mission: to serve families with support and care tailored to their individual health journeys.

Agape Family Chiropractic offers more than just chiropractic services. Dr. Thompson has created a collaborative environment by incorporating professionals such as registered dietitians, home birth midwives, and physical therapists. Her specialized focus includes fertility, perinatal wellness, and pediatric care.

After nearly a decade at a family-owned practice in Vermont, Dr. Thompson relocated to Arizona in 2018 and launched Agape Family Chiropractic in 2020. Her commitment to wellness and education has earned her recognition, including a nomination for a prestigious Chiropractor Award in 2023, and awarded Top Doctor in her area by Women in Medicine in 2025.

Family plays a central role in Dr. Thompson’s personal and professional life. She has been married to her husband, Corey Thompson, for 21 years. He serves as her partner in the practice, and together they are raising their two children. Coming from a family of chiropractors herself, Dr. Thompson credits her loved ones for their enduring support and inspiration throughout her career.

Dr. Thompson is an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and has received training in cranial adjustment through the Peak Potential Institute. She also volunteers in the nursery at Christ Church of the Valley.

Looking forward, Dr. Thompson is focused on building a wellness-centered community that empowers families through education, resilience, and natural healing. She continues to practice under the philosophy that the body is designed to heal—and that by supporting the nervous system and creating a healthy environment, true wellness begins from the inside out.
