Stephen R. Manning – Chief Strategy Officer

Stephen R. Manning has built an accomplished career in global services and logistics, marked by more than four decades of leadership, innovation, and strategic growth. Since 2021, he has served as chief strategy officer at FutureDial Inc., where he focuses on customer engagement and the development of strategies that strengthen the company’s growth and innovation.

Mr. Manning’s career reflects a long record of executive leadership. From 2015 to 2021, he was chief commercial officer at FutureDial, expanding the company’s commercial reach and enhancing its relationships with key clients. Earlier, he was president and chief executive officer of CloudMSP, where he leveraged his expertise in business development and client relations. Between 2009 and 2014 Mr. Mr. Manning was CEO and later Chairman of ReCellular Inc. and then in 1999 and 2008, he served as senior vice president at Solectron and Solectron Global Services, where he led global service operations and helped establish best practices within the industry. His earlier leadership also included serving as president and chief executive officer of Sequel for nine years and vice president of sales and marketing at AT&T.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Mr. Manning earned a Bachelor of Science in economics and accounting in 1974 and became a certified public accountant in Nebraska that same year. His knowledge and contributions have been recognized widely, including an interview with The Wall Street Journal that highlighted his expertise in reverse logistics.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Manning is civically engaged as a supporter of the American Red Cross and local schools. He is also an author and enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with his family. He treasures time with his three children and seven grandchildren and continues to look forward to mentoring others in recognition of the guidance he received throughout his career.
